Meet The Team

A native of Moreno Valley, Dr. Lynn Diaz earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of California at Riverside in 1991.  After completing her dental degree at UCLA in 1995, she attended a one year general practice residency at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center.  In 1999, she completed the Graduate Endodontics  Program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Kallaos was born and raised in Southern California, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995. He received his Certificate in Periodontics from the University of California, San Francisco in 1998 with extensive training in implant surgery, oral medicine, intravenous conscious sedation, and surgical and non-surgical periodontics.

Dr. Kallaos is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and maintains a permit from the State of California in conscious sedation.

Dr. Fowler grew up in Redlands, CA and is proud to be a part of the community that
raised him. He graduated within the top of his class at Loma Linda University School of
Dentistry, earning his Doctoral Degree in 2012.

Dr. Fowler served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy Dental Corps,
where he had the privilege and honor to work with some of America’s most exceptional
service men and women. He cherished his time as an Officer in the Navy Dental Corps
and is proud to offer continued support to our troops today.

He resigned his commission in 2017 and pursued advanced specialty training in the
Graduate Endodontic Program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He
graduated top of his class from the Endodontic Specialty Training program, earning his
Certificate of Completion in Endodontics. He is an active member with the American
Association of Endodontists and is a Board Eligible Endodontist.

Dr. Fowler is committed to excellence in all that he pursues and enjoys being an active
member within his community.
